Resolution #1

Where as the content of the April 8^th, Resolution #2 was to ensure that current members have access to relief funds and where as the company controls hiring into the bargaining unit and on the recommendation of the bargaining team, be it resolved that, no access to relief funds will be extended to persons not in the bargaining unit prior to November 21^st, 2002.

Be it resolved that, relief funds shall be available for members on strike to the following weekly maximums:

AI-00 - $225.00

AI-02 - $400.00

AI-04 - $600.00

AI-05+ - $800.00
