CLASSIFICATION DOCUMENT

Attached is the classification document that outlines the new classification system that will be implemented on March 31^st, 2006.

You will notice some changes from the previous report from Deloitte, most notably the addition of the award from Mr. Picher and the transition rules as well as the change in how the ATC premium and three of the Job Evaluation Factors are calculated.

The Appeal process is also covered in this document. Units/jobs have until October 7^th to return their appeal form.

The committee for Overflights and Vehicles has also been established with the employer. Rob Allan, Trevor Johnson and Greg Myles will represent the Union and the company will also have 3 representatives.

The Union will also be convening an advisory committee made up of 6 members from towers across the country to work with the 3 Union representatives on this Overflights and Vehicles Committee. If you are interested in working on this advisory committee please advise your local VP prior to October 11^th. Advisory Committee members will be appointed by the Board at the Fall Board meeting in Winnipeg on October 13^th.
