The oversight committee met with Deloitte yesterday for an
update on progress.
In brief the process to date is on schedule.
The Website was presented to the committee and will be in
operation in the next few hours at: http://edge.dtplanet.ca/navcan
The Oversight Committee and representatives from Deloitte
listened carefully at convention and to the oversight committee regarding the
memberships’ desire to have complete involvement as early as possible from each
workplace. The list of activities below is designed to provide the opportunity
for input from all workplaces.
Next activities will be:

June 18th A
representative from each workplace and specialty within each workplace must be
identified to provide input to Deloitte.

June 22nd Regional
Conference calls with reps and Deloitte to provide information on data
gathering tool.
Expect to hear from your Regional Vice President in the next
few days. He will be looking for the nominees from your site to take part in
the activities above and will be able to provide basic details as to the
procedures to follow.
Deloitte will send out a detailed summary of this meeting
early next week in the usual format.
