COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT LANGUAGE

 

Attached is the agreed to language of the collective agreement. The language has now been sent for translation. The changes (highlighted) reflect the improvements negotiated in the last round of collective bargaining as well as changes from the implementation of the new classification system and arbitration and settlement decisions.  You will notice that there are still one or two areas where the language may change depending on the outcome of the upcoming arbitrations on June 1^st & 2^nd and 29^th & 30^th  (Training of non members and Fam Flights).  Once these are finalized we will send the language for printing.
