As members may have seen from NAV Canada’s communication, the company received a report from Transport Canada
Full submissions must be sent by mail (email will not be accepted) to National Office on or before 5pm ET August 31, 2019.
Effective immediately, Transport Canada has enacted a policy that prohibits air traffic controllers from consuming cannabis for at least 28 days before being on duty.
The Policy Book and Union By-laws documents have been updated to reflect the resolutions and amendments carried on the convention floor.
